If there's ever any shipping damage, please document it briefly with a few photos and send it to us. We will then reproduce the image free of charge and file the damage as an insurance claim with the shipping provider.

Deleting images: It is possible to remove unnecessary images from the grid. Just click on the respective image, and a menu with various options, including "Delete," will open.
Shipping time: Since our products are custom-made, they are not available in stock like standard items. Production is done on order, which requires a little more time, but in return, you receive a fully personalized product of high quality.
