High quality print, too dark outcome

Despite the somewhat slow delivery (I find seven business days a bit too long), I am certainly satisfied with the high quality of the print. And by that, I mean specifically the print on the paper and the framing. However, the outcome is too dark. Especially when compared to the original.
The customer service responded quickly to my inquiry about the expected delivery time, which is very nice.
